I usually find myself at around 70-100 when playing FE: Legions. Anything higher than 120 is really noticeable to me, but I suspect that in other games a higher ping would play just fine. In any case, a ping of 130 should definitely not be a kick-able offense. 200 and above, maybe.
Yup, nothing annoys me more than a bunch of lames jumping into a COD server with pings of 300+ and ruining the fun! Servers should incorporate a ping cap!
Most FPS games 80 Latency is the max before you start experiencing major lag. A lot of MMO games have ways of a accommodating people with slow or high latency connections.
I'm really picky when it comes to pings on servers. My max is 60-70, usually stay on 20-50, depending on the game. MMO games are playable at much higher though.
