Get an HD5850, will only cost around $30 more and will beat those two cards in SLI to a pulp

this is the specification fo GTS 250:

Specifications Life****Performance Chipset:NVIDIA GeForce GPU Series:NVIDIA GeForce 200 GPU/VPU:NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250 RAMDAC:Dual 400 MHz Additional Features:Shader Model 4.0PhysX by NVIDIANvidia PureVideo HD Technology Video Card Profile:Double Video Memory:1GB Memory Type:DDR3 Memory Interface:256-bit Stream Processors:128 Core Clock:756 MHz Memory Clock:2200 MHz Interface Type:PCI Express 2.0 Interface Speed:x16 Connector(s):DVIVGA (15-Pin D-Sub)HDMI Multi-GPU Support:SLI Overclocked:No APIs:DirectX 10NVIDIA CUDA 1080p Support:Yes Video Output:DVIHDMIVGA Low Profile:No Cooling Type:Fan Specification Notes:[6] To provide the most accurate specifications, the specifications listed are base upon information provided by the vendor.

if you double this by 2 then it is waaaaaay better that HD 5850. plus it is $40 less. am I missing something here? (BTW I just realized I have posted this in a wrong forum. sorry folks)

Dont copy/paste an entire page, it makes it hard to quote and adds stupid emoticons. We know the specs of a gts 250, and i know the specs of them in sli, a single 5850 will beat it in benchmarks.

TC you need to do some research and look at the benchmark tests. You will clearly see where the rest of us are coming from.

You'll also want to post on the PC Hardware board. This board is for only for game discussion.
