I'm wondering if this computeris a good choice? I don't really do a lot of gaming on the computer and I basically don't do a lot of "heavy things." Thanks for the advice.

If you dont do "heavy things" that is sort of overkill...

But then again, it will last you ages!

Yeah.. the graphics card is poo.

If you do want to do some gaming, look for a cheaper system but with a better graphics card, look out for 8600, 2600 or similar!

This my alternative. Yeah its a gaming PC, but then again I thought it over and I do some gaming and a good graphics card will come in handy with Flight Simulator X. Also hows Gateway?

that thing is for the most part future-proof. however you may be overdoing it when compared to today's standards. you should try building your own machine.

I agree with Louie, but if you can afford to buy that PC, go for it. It will last you some time and is very nice!

if you don't do alot of gaming or heavy stuff then just buy some cheap rig with a decent dual core and 1-2 gigs of ram then if some game comes out that you want then just buy a graphics card

the graphics card is crap. if you're just doing internet surfing, that is major overkill
