I'm eyeing a Gigabyte (brand) GeForce 7600GS with 512MB memory... I'm just wondering, what does memory mean for video cards? How would it effect my gaming?Sandro909typical the more memory helps with higher resolution monitors. if your using a 19" monitor you can get the lower memory card

[QUOTE="j3ninja"]probably not. what games do you plan on playing or what do you intend to use the video card on? just some questions to help you pick a video cardSandro909
Maxing out those games will require a Conroe CPU and an extra GB of RAM. And I think your better of with a 7900 or 7950 as GPU in case you want to max that out.DirkVDV01
Get the 7600 GT it has an underclocked memory so its ready for oc'ing, n u will be able 2 run company of heroes on med-max, but ur processor may slow u down a little bit, consider overclocking it.r3351925Yeah. You need really good cooling to overclock Pentium 4s though.
