What FPS has a lot of mods?

Not looking for user created levels really, but looking for like new weapons,stuff that kinda changes gameplay. Gives another reason for replayability. What shooter has a large selection? Or just a small selection of really good ones, doesn't matter. THANKS!

Counter Strike: Source is all about mods when you go online. To be honest, it is rare that I play the standard games in CS:S. You should try the GunGame Mod... pretty fun!

And well, Garry's Mod is a mod itself that lets you create or test thousands of mods. Pretty sick!

Fallout 3, Half-Life 1 and 2, Deus Ex, Oblivion.

Keeping in mind that F3 Oblivion and Deus Ex (to an extent) are all rpg hybrids.

Halo (-.-) and Serious Sam (not sure about number 2, but the second encounter) had plenty of mods.

Unreal Tournament series has a LOT of mods.

Ghost Recon has over 900 mods of various types that can be either downloaded or picked up via 6 DVDs.

I see that there is now a 7th disk now.
