What game have you devoted the most hours to?

Starting a little thread because I'm curious to see what games people have actually spent a LOT of time on.

So! What game have you spent the most time on? Dosen't matter what platform.

I'd probably say for me it's a toss up between Rock Band and World Of Warcraft. If i'd have to guess I probably spent 3000+ hours on both for sure. 6000+ hours with 2 games :P Thats crazyness!

Rock band me and my friends usually play at night after work. I haven't counted our songs in a while but we have well over 600 tracks !

World of Warcraft I have not played in a while. But I did get Rank 14 on one of my characters and hardcore raided every week over a span of Vanilla and some TBC.

Counter-Strike: Source, I have no idea how many thousands of hours I've put into it and I don't want to know

CS 1.6 and Source, Mass Effect 1 & 2, Fallout 3, TES IV: Oblivion, Dragon Age: Origins. Dozens to hundreds of hours each. Time well spent, I say. :D

Counter-Strike 1.6 and World of Warcraft, no idea how many hours of each and propably don't want to know.

Easily FM2007, no other game evencomes close.

WoW and Diablo 2, probably gonna be followed by SC2 :P

Counter-Strike (from June 99 beta thru 1.6) - 5K hours, at least

Borderlands - 1,400 hrs

Diablo - 1K hrs

Deus Ex - 400+ hrs (Retail + Steam versions)

Bloodlines - 356 hrs

SS2 - 300+ hrs

countless hundreds spent on Civ series, SMAC, MoO, Fallout 1 & 2, Wasteland, X-COM, etc.

Lots of Counter Strike! I'm surprised :P I always hated that game lol

For me nothing even comes close to WoW.

I didn't start playing until after TBC came out and have quit and restarted numerous times but if I had to guess I'd say I probably have about 3000 - 4000 hours in.

The leader of my guild started playing in Vanilla and had over 700 days played around 16,000 hours .... the game steals your life.

Starcraft, roughly 12k hours.

As far as PCgames are concerned; Oblivion, with over 300 hours or so. I do not play multiplayer games these days, and when I did, I only logged in about 200 hours into Counter-Strike: Source. Speaking of Oblivion, I'll probably play it again some time in the future.

Counter Strike Source, I just wish steam backtracked all the hours since it was released. It would have been interesting to know the amount.

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 - 310 hours

Left 4 Dead 2 - 600 hours I think I'm just about done with that game now :( biggest_loser

FSX. The ability to make very detailed alterations to weather ensures it will be until something better comes along.

I never used to be a long term gamer, that is, I never spent more that 2 hours playing games, but ever since I downloaded Lotro, I play between 5 and 7 hours a day

Guild Wars, exactly 6k hours from which 4k on my main character.

I wish I know just how many hours I've played over my lifetime. I'm 28 and started playing video games when I was 3 1/2.

However in the recent few years? I've been playing wow since vanilla, logged several hundred hours on battlefield 2 and bad company 2. Guild Wars (I used to farm the dessert alot until they nerfed it). I know I'm leaving some out there have been so many games i've played over the years not includind the ones in my profile.

I can't recall in perfect honesty but I probably spent over 800 hours with Diablo II.

Recently I lost track of time with The Witcher, so many people to interact with and excellent dark fantasy world. Just the way I like it. ;)

I have around 400 hours of America's Army: Special Forces. The next closest is CoD4 with around 60 hours. I don't play games as much as I used to.....

I got into WoW a couple weeks back and I am guessing I have 10 days played... So that would be the most for me... On the PC...

MW2 or CoD4 on 360, I have like 20 days on each of them... And if you count all CoD's since CoD2 on the 360 as one big game, I probably have 100 days on all of them...

I think it's World of Warcraft I have no idea how many hours I've spent though, only that it's atleast above 2000

Second would be Team Fortress 2 with 485

Third Garry's Mod with 295

Over 4,000 hours with World of Warcraft. But I only played it for 3 years. I'm guessing a true hardcore WoW player that's been playing for over 6 years would have close to 20,000 hours by now.TheBigBadGRIM

I was suprised, but know I shouldn't have been, by the amount of time spent on some games. I don't play MMOs or online shooters so my total time on any one game won't be near as long as most of these. That said I spent uncounted hours playing X-Com UFO Defense back in the day. Has to be my most played game. I was so OCD at that game I wold track the progress of my characters and try to mark which ones would more easily be subject to mind control and that way I would dissarm them before they where controlled. Didn't work well but I tried.:)

Between Diablo 2 (w/ expansion) and Guild Wars (any)

Probably The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. Devoted around 350 hours. Although I probably ploughed more into Age of Empires II when I was younger, but I haven't got any figures for that. ;)

WoW followed by Fallout 3 (100+ hours)

I don't have an accurate record on how many hours I've spend on each game but the lowest one I presume is around the 150 hours mark (Q3A/UT2K4) and the highest is around 2000 hours (CSS/TF2), with that said in no particular order here are my most played games(not all MP games I've played are listed here):

As you can see I LOVE playing multiplayer games a lot, that's probably the reason my SP backlog is huge. :D...:|

As for SP games I'd say:

GTA: SA - ~40 hours.
GTA4+EFLC ~50 hours.
DiRT2 ~30 hours.
The Witcher: EE ~55 hours.
Titan Quest + IT - ~50 hours

And currently Fallout 3 with ~20 hours but I think I'll reach 50+ hours easily.

Battlefield 2

If WoW counts, there is no contest. Easily 10,000+ hours over 5 years. Was pretty much my only source of entertainment.

I've spent a few thousand hours on Counter-Strike Source.
