hmmm... it's a tough call, because the way i'm looking at it, you want value for money - but would you measure value in quality or quantity, or a balance of the two?
in terms of sheer time spent, the rts games probably take it - if you love coh, then OF is gonna float your boat, but remember, even if it is standalone, it's just an expansion - it's still the same game you've been playing over and over... expansions can have a way of killing rts games in some cases (for me, anyway)
supcom is a really the opposite of coh in terms of style, supcom is: fought in space, with robots instead of humans... is it me, or is this the worst idea ever? maybe it's just my preference, but i like war to be about men dying in agony, because that's what war is, it's real and it's human and i can relate to it... robots exploding a hundred million lightyears away means nothing to me... and if i wanted a strategic game with no killing, i'd just fire up chessmaster
supcom is good, though, as an RTS if - if - you are okay with the cold, impersonal and inhuman feeling it has... just make sure you're playing online, the ai is terrible
bioshock is a good game, especially if you haven't played system shock 2 - if you haven't, you'll probably find a game with fun(ish), emergent firefights with a lot of tools at your disposal; a clever, well written plot; and stunning visuals... if you have played shock 2, you'll probably find it has fun(ish) emergent firefights that replace a genius level of horror and the combat suddenly feels pointless; a clever, well written plot that is ripped almost directly from shock 2 and you can see the twist coming three months before you start playing; and awesome visuals....... and no multiplayer
crysis... ahhh, crysis... i don't have much hope for this game, really - i didn't like farcry, but crysis certainly seems set on.... adhering to the exact formula that farcry ran to! but at the least, the game is beautiful and the wysiwyg editor is awesome looking, so the mod community could make that game into something magnificent
i guess all round i'd say OF is your best bet (since it's cheaper than a full game, and you know you like it), followed by crysis (it has tons of potential and could be awesome), then supcom (a solid rts if you can tolerate its style) then bioshock (great if you've not played ss2, okay if you have)
