It is Shattered Horizon. It requires a 8800 or later. And Vista or Windows 7.

I thin the move is a brave decision. But not entirely unreasonable. With HW requirements that high, it is mostly enthusiasts that have them. And most of those already use Vista or plan on getting W7. Many users running XP are doing that on old rigs.

Sadly most prebuilts will fail due to the 8800 minimum, so that will cost sales. They should at least support 8600 or perhaps 8500 at low settings and resolutions.

There is no such game and if somebody actually said it's for minimum then they did it for some other lazy or financial reason.

An 8800GT can play any game on the highest settings at 1680x1050 without AA or AF (depends on the game, it can play any game with 16xAF and max 4xAA with a decent amount of frames, over 40, but when it comes to Crysis, Stalker or other games like that you have to let go of AA).

Yes, there is no game that requires so much power as minimum.
