Yep, a game server provider?

They provide servers for games, for free or for a sum of money, usually 3rd party servers cost.

That....some of them also provide TEAM SPEAK, using 3rd party applications, like TeamSpeak or Mumble....mostly for Clans/Guilds.

Me and my friends ran a Call of Duty 2 server years ago from his house. It was tremendously popular, and was usually full, good thing we had the ability to kick people out so we could join the game. We ran it privately out of All Seeing Eye. There are also companies that provide their own service space to different games. EA from one, runs huge servers to provide a place for multiplayer games.

He had a very speedy Cox service. It had the proper upload speed to run the 30 player call of duty server. We had a lot of fun in that server until we finally closed the server after about a year of operating.
