what is a HIGH temperature for a CPU?

My Phenom II X3 720 is @ 34C most of the time,it is NOT overclocked yet

at which temperature should i worry if I overclocked it?

You should start worrying when it breaches 60C. I'm not sure where the danger zone is for Phenom II. For Intel Core 2 45nm it's at around 72-75C.

I know the Phenom II is 45nm, but that doesn't mean it's max temp is the same as Core 2 45nm (I listed 45nm Core 2 becuase it's max temp is different from 65nm Core 2).

it around 90C max temp of cpu : because i heard in lot of Test Phenom II X4 Stock Cooler in Poor Airflow case (Aka HP Pavillion & other pre-build) that they can reach 80-85C and still running but it is dangerous zone : I seen a guy with a Core 2 Duo Running Stable at 93-95C But id sure not recommend anyone to run at those temp :P

i don't know if that's accurate enough,but it says on AMD's website that the max temp for my processor is 73C

50C mark is when you should start worrying.... You're system will, most likely, be acting crash happy not much, after that temp. Anything, in the 30's, you're sitting pretty.

50c should be fine actually, it's after 60 that it would be dangerous.
