Yeah Witcher has that option in the Advanced Graphics options. Just a note: CCC is ATI specific, nVidia has the nVidia Control Center (just stating this as the OP didn't mention video card type)

Gah - sorry, made a mistake. Just checked and couldn't find vsync. Reading on the Witcher forums showed some people have had luck turning AA off in game.
