At what resolution? I'd imagine an HD4670 or 9600GT could handle that game at modest resolutions as long as you don't go overboard with the antialiasing or filtering.

I have 24 feedback and 100% positive but ebay has too many fees and stuff for my taste. I was thinking of just asking around first and see if that works. Plus your country is different than the US and maybe you have more demand or something like that. However, I want to put the 5 years of experience I have building computers to some good use. I know my stuff and I'm a very reliable and honest person.
4670. I've tried the benchmark at 1368x768 and 1280x1024 w/4x anti-aliasing and everything maxed out it the high 50 frames. I don't noticed any real difference in quality with anti-aliasing at those resolutions though. No anti-aliasing it gets 80-100 fps.

Hey don't get the 9600gt, atleast get an 8800gt or something equivalent. I have a 8800gs which is basically the same as the 9600gt and I can't run the game on high settings without the FPS dipping to 55's, 54's. You can't have that in a fighting game, you need a stable 60 FPS especially in SFIV.
