Deus Ex is probaly the greatest game currently that is considered a FPS/RPG, Mass Effect though may be second when/if it is ported to the pc, since I Hear that the combat is much like a shooter, stalker was great as well.Ahurigaan

Obviously you can never argue which one is "the best," but my favorite that I've played is Oblivion. But the three you list are the only FPS/RPG's I've played, so my experience is limited. Of course, Dark Messiah isn't really a FPS/RPG, it's more like a FPS/RPG.
