what is the best mmorpg game?orrytur
WoW. I hate it.. but it is fun. Although, most people I've played the game with are incredibly unintelligent.Â
Then again there were the rare few that DID Roleplay. Â
Myself tho, Honestly.. I'd wait for Age of Conan. Im gonna make it by with NWN and Diablo till then lol. Leaving in the good ole days.
are those names of games or categories of mmorpg's? maybe WoW would be... adventure quest.. while a game with dragons and fables would be... dragon fable?
or maybe there are two games, called adventure quest and dragon fable. the world may never know

actually adventurequest isn't an mmo at all
Yeah really only half an effort done with this poll......
Â
Maple Story
Ragnarok Online
World Of Warcraft
Runescape (Worst game EVER!!!! I HATE IT!!!!!!!! Sorry for people with a diffrent opinion)
Â
All very popular them ones! But the best one IMO is Maple Story, if you havent played/heard it, you really must give it a go!Â
Â
EDIT: I HATE WoW, sorry guys, i find it boring.... maybe its because ive played Maple Story?Â
again and again and again and again & again & again & again................................................ i swear i saw at least 30 topics like that since i joined GS at the end of last year
i've expected for WoW, EQ2, LotR, W40k, GW.... but no 2 MMORPGs that almost no one even heard of them
none from the poll - it's WoW!!!!
hopefully this kind of topic won't be repeatedly...i can only hope....:(
Â
i haven't played either so i picked adventure quest, i have been working on a theory recently that the stupider the name of the mmorpg, the better the actual game is
and while dragon fable is pretty stupid, adventure quest really takes the cake
that said though, my vote for best mmorpg ever would go to everquest - i've never played (or even vaguely heard of) a mmorpg that has a high-end raid game anywhere as good as everquest's, the capacity for character development is astounding (going from fifty health to ten thousand health is more satisfying than you can imagine without experiencing it yourself), and the team work and large scale coordination required (the game was originally built for 70 man raids) to kill the dragons and gods was awesome
Neither Adventure Quest nor Dragon Fable sound familiar to me, but Dragon Quest does.
I like Mu Online a lot (private servers of course) and i'm w8ing to play SUN also from webzen, oh and btw i never played WOW and i love almost everything that Blizzard does, but i'ms starting to hate WOW
You must try Last Chaos it is a free mmorpg game free download free play .VERY HİGH 3D GRAPHİC VERY NİCE SOUNDS DOWNOAD İT FREE --http://lastchaos.aeriagames.com İTS best game in the world i see İTS BETTER THAM WOW GRAPHİCS . JOİN FOR FREEE PLS JOİN VERY GOOD GAME
I am not playing any MMOs right now, but I've played them all, and WoW is the best. I tried games after WoW, LoTR online, Vanguard, Tabula Rasa etc. and they just don't compare. WoW just felt right, it was paced perfectly and didn't take thousands of hours of slow grinding gameplay to get anywhere.
MMOs...
I tried Everquest a few years ago for about a month. Boring. Grinding.
I wanted to try the demo for WoW, but it didn't work for me. I started EVE too, don't have time for the epic tutorial.
I recently tried Dragons9, which in concept seems like a promising game. It was kind of a breath of fresh air.
I've been doing beta testing for Cabal this weekend, and that seems okay too.
If I were to start playing a MMO right now, Dragons9 and Cabal would be at the top of my list. Here is why: First, yes...you're going to do some grinding, but you're not going to be killing orcs and the usual fantasy rabble. Second, I just like marital arts and games based on them. There haven't been many MMOs based on martial arts, let alone single-player pc games released in North America based on martial arts.
In the end, I don't know what the best mmorpg game is. It's a subjective poll at best, and since my experience is limited my opinion may not count for much. All I can say is that games that break from the troll, orc, elf fantasy realm is refreshing.
