Hdmi cables are definetly not a cheap option since they are the only cable able to transfer hd quality, i bought my monster hdmi coard with the dvi to hdmi converter for 130 dolars, getting anything cheaper that is brand new is not going to get you what you are looking for, try walmart. Your looking at 100 plus dollars.

Eh, not quite that much. The HDMI cable I bought from Radio Shack was about $40
I have a $30 Walmart cable (don't remember the brand) for my 360 and a $100 Best Buy Monster cable for my PS3 and they both look completely stunning through my 46" Sony Bravia XBR4.
I've switched the cables before just to see if there was any difference in video quality and if there was any, it was negligible. So, take it as you will, the cheap Walmart cable looked just as good as the $100 Best Buy cable. If there were any differences, they were too small to notice from my playing distance of about 8 feet.

I bought my HDMI cable at monoprice.com for $16 and they work great. The most important thing you want is a thick cable, that makes it more durable and gives the signal more conductive material to work with. Just look for the lower AWG#. Anyone who spent $100+ on HDMI cables is losing money.
