Hey guys,
I've been away for the last 2-3 month and am not up-to-date with the current situation of GFX and motherboards. So I'd like to get some info of the latest GFXs. I want to change my cards with new ones that support Nvidia 3D kit sets (I have a 3d display and couldn't use 3d with my current gfx which are 2xHD5850). I don't mind the price but I need one that is good enough for another 2years.

My rig is:
750w power supply,
12gb ram
asus p6t deluxe v2 mb LGA1366 socket x58

Nvidia's fastest card at the moment is the GTX 590, which is a dual GPU.

Eyeinfinity is another option if you plan to go AMD. AMD's fastest is the 6990. Or you could wait for AMD's next gen 7xxx series (Southern Islands), which is expected to be released later this year.

Nvidia's fastest card isn't the 590, it's the Asus Mars II 580x2. You might want to get a better PSU if you are going to get a beefy card or even go SLI.

EDIT: If you decide to get the Mars II or even a 590, you will need a SLI compatible board and probably a 850w+ PSU.

Why would you need SLI for a mars 2 or even a GTX590? Its on 1 PCB, so you dont.

The mobo does not have to be SLI/Crossfire compatible to run a dual gpu video card (not that it matters since your mobo supports both). If you want to use Nvidia 3D Vision you will want a GTX 570 or above. You might want to consider getting a 570 that comes with 2.5GB or the 580 with 3GBs of VRAM. From what I understand from those with 3D is that it eats up VRAM so the extra memory on those cards could come in handy.

12gb Ram should be more than enough to support and I might wanna change the 750w psu to? (If I wanna buy 590 1200w will be enough?)

Yea, but I would go with a 580 over a 590 because dual graphic cards seem to have issues still. I was looking at the 590 and decided to go 580 SC and I can always overclock it more if I need too. Runs everything smooth.
