I would probably have to say Halo 2 would be in pretty high demand. The only exception is that you need windows vista to install it, and thats something i dont have and dont plan on getting. But for those who have it and are fans of Halo they would probably get it. Right now though im not sure. Perhaps F.E.A.R. or something else along those lines.freek666
..... Thats not what he was asking dufus.

Its the same thing in the end. You can call it what you want but the bottom line is you need a hell of a good video card to play them regardless of what is causing it. Top Spin 2 "demands" a good video card if you want to play it and it really doesnt matter if its because of high graphics or poor coding. Â
At the moment - Supreme Commander
In the next few months -Â Supreme Commander
Crysis looks great and no doubt will need a good machine, but it also has a great team optimizing it, so I doubt it will require as much as the incredibly overpowered Supreme Commander.Â

Well actually he is probably right about Halo 2 is probably the most demanding game. Seeing as you will need Vista for it means you will have to either get a new computer that comes with Vista or shell out about $200 (aud) or something to get Vista. So it is hardware demanding because it requires Vista only and also demanding price-wise.
Supreme Commander... hands down. It'll bring your "powerful system" to its knees, even on modest settings. Next few months? Probably the same, Crysis will probably be even more stable despite looking better, it's reported that DirectX 10 games will actually perform better so I suppose that will leave SupCom undefeated for some time in terms of hardware demand.

I would say Crysis or Bioshock. Bioshock might have more intensive lighting than Cryisis because of all the water refracting and creating moving patterns in rooms with full dome windows. Crysis on the other hand has very intensive physics...and from what I have seen, physics require much more intensive calculations than lighting. Kind of a tie between Supreme Commander, Crysis, and Bioshock...but we will have to wait and see.

Supreme Commander is such a CPU eater >_>
