I am building my rig and so far I have a intel core i5 2500k 8gbs of ram corsair 650 watt power supply I plan to do alot of pc gaming what video card is all around great I am only willing to spend at least $200

At the $200 price range, there is really no reason to go Nvidia right now. Get a 7870, they can be found on sale for $200 if you are patient.

If you meant at most 200$ then probably the 7850. If you're willing to spend a little more then either the 660 or the 7870 will do (depends on prices, games you will be playing etc.)
