What is this strange little cord for?

I got it with my video card for my pc a while back.. does anyone know what it does or what can i hook up with it? Thanks!

S-Video to Component.

looks like the other way around to me. Component to S video. Notice there is no pin in the center of the red/blue/green plugs.

Nope S-Video in, Component out. The cable is so short that it can only be used to connect a standard component cable to it which in effect extends it and adds the S-Video connector. Although it could very well be used in that manner if the S-Video end is indeed standard.tautitan123
