What is your all-time favorite PC game?

My all-time favorite PC game is easily without a doubt S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl, and a really close second is World in Conlict.
S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl is one of the greatest games for the PC ever, as I will never get tired of this game and I am on my 3rd time playing through it. More games should be made like S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl.

Morrowind.

I've only been a PC gamer for a few months, so far It would be CoD4, but that is no where near my all-time favorite game, I loved RE4 on PS2/GC and it's available on PC (I have it, it's a lousy port)gotcha455

Oh yea, I forgot about Half-Life 2. So I will have to say then I have 2 all-time favorite PC games which are S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl and is Half-Life 2 and the expansions, and a really close second is World in Conflict.

i cant really deside. thats a big question to ask actually, but I have few of them:

starcraft

morrowind (i played this game to death)

rainbow six 3: raven shield

plus i will honor the first PC game i ever played: snow (because of the yeti who eats you at the end)

I can't choose between genres:

Fallout 2, Heroes of Might and Magic 3 and Half-Life.

difficult choice for no1 between Civ2, Half life 1 and Doom 2.

If I think about the excitement and the whole feeling around it, I'd say Diablo 2. My god what a brilliant game!

Close the curtains, turn off almost all the lights, headphones on, and... just... be Diablo 2. Ahh, those were the days!

I've had many all-time faves, ranging from Magic Carpet 2 to System Shock 2 to Deus Ex. However, I decided to give a freeware source port/remake of an old 1992 PC game a shot around a year or two ago, and it somehow managed to top all of the already-quite-excellent games aforementioned to become my most recent all-time favorite game on any platform.
