For me that's Dungeons and Dragons online - nice gameplay, nice graphics, plenty of players and the most important - free. :D Maybe WoW is better, but I just can't afford to paly it, heh...

Yeah... I agree. Rappelz and Runes of Magic? wtf. There are a LOT better choices out there. You can't pit free MMO's such as those against WoW, unless you want a very lopsided poll.

I just put the games that came first to my mind. I didn't try to put the best MMORPG's ever to that list. That is why i also put ''Other'' So that you may post your favourite MMORPG if it's not on the list.

yeah it is a lot of fun. Based on the PoTC movies and has Tia Dalma, Captain Jack Sparrow, Will Turner, Elizabeth Swann, Barbossa, and you sail in a variety of ships to plunder for Gold and fight the cursed undead pirates, EITC and Navy both on land and sea.
A good deal of the game(about 11 levels) can be played for free. You then find that that any further quests are locked for basic members.
at the moment 50 is the top level but it is likely to increase eventually in fact they recently raised the max level from 40 to 50 along with several other improvements in geography and gameplay.
the game just started in Oct. 2007 and the test server is always working on improvements.

May I recommend Final Fantasy 11? The game is a subscription-based game and comes with 30 day Free Trial. It is an outdated game but the game is being consistently updated.
