I've had some issues with CCC, causing my GPU to run at 100% load for no reason

I bought some cheap OCZ DDR3 Ram, it was quite faulty and OCZ RMA was a pain in the butt

and I rebooted my PC this morning, wouldn't boot into Win 7, so I checked it all out, reset CMOS, 2 hours later, I'm about to reinstall Win 7. I plug it all back in, and it boots up like nothing happens

What issues have you had with your rigs?

The old rig you see in my sig I've had lots of trouble with. Ram would keep blowing and during gaming sessions it would just freeze requiring a hard reset. Also, sometimes during shutdown it would just hang and I would have to do the one finger salute to shut it down. Lol but a new rig is finally around the corner so huzzzah!!! Merry Christmas folks :)

When I started my 3rd year of university 1 year ago, I switched apartments and when I finally finished moving in, I turned on my computer only to get a BSOD 5 minutes after the desktop appeared. I restarted and tried again. Except now I was panicking and trying to feverishly remember the BSOD code (I haven't had a BSOD for almost 2 years since purchasing that computer). The code it may have been something to do with a faulty motherboard or RAM. Now I thought I was screwed and would have to buy new parts. A few days of thinking went by and I decided to try and re-seat every single device and cable inside the computer. Turns out my HD cable was loose. Once that got re-connected, BSODs went away :)

My GTX260s were acting extremey wierdly until my PSU died.
Changes, the PSU and the cards kept being random.
Changes the cards and now things are fine.

I bought a boxed motherboard from fry's, take it home and it is not the same motherboard on the inside.

Also when I was younger I let the smoke out a few times.

Well my rig never had many issues, except at first I had faulty ram and I took it to an IT guy who diagnosed the problem as being Vista (guy was an idiot, I ended up working under and knew more about PCs than him and he was an IT manager) and told me to buy XP so I spent 180 I didn't have to spend. My brothers rig wouldn't turn on until he figured out he didn't put in the motherboard spacers between it and the case...that was kinda funny actually.

A long while back I plugged in a 9800XT into an AGP slot incorrectly and fried the motherboard and card.

I killed my secondary system by pushing the processor too hard (derp, me need E2160 @ 3600MHz)

A year or so back I killed one of my 4850's by getting water all over it. I'm quite upset with the replacement Sapphire card I got as it isn't identical to the other card, and thus looks lopsided in my case.

My main issue is a constant one, two actually. 1. My GPU is a silly little single slot that is terrible at cooling. 2. My CPU is ruined, it won't turbo anymore after i cooked it half to death going to 100 degrees+.

Had a few driver issues with AMD, a few with Nvidia. Had a nasty stutter in my old rig which only got fixed by getting a new motherboard, man that was a weird problem.

Dead power supplies, mostly. Couple of PCs back I had a video card fan that went. And my previous laptop ate through three video cards in three years.
