I think that my graphic card is wrecked and i am wondering if the cooling did it. Can you please tell me what kind of cooling does it need? Water cooling or..? Thanks.

And one more think. Can using like 390 W of power when 550 is required do permanent damage to computer (graphic card in this case)? Thanks again and sorry for noob questions.

You only really need the cooling on the card for the 260. You just need to unlock the fan, and up the speed a little to bring temps down. Water cooling is serious overkill unless you are doing some heavy overclocking.

If you are using a lower than recommended spec PSU, then the GPU isn;t going to get enough power and probably just won't work. Unless you are using a high end PSU, I would look at upgrading it. The recommended wattage for GPU's is if it is based off a really low quality PSU, so something like a Corsair, Antec, PC Power & Cooling would be able to run a GPU with lower wattage.

Using an underpowered psu will just cause system lock-ups, or in the case of just 390W will simply prevent your computer from booting up. It won't cause any damage though.
