What kind of perfromance can I get out of this?

Hi,

I was wondering what kind of gaming performance I could get out of this laptop: http://www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/range.html?t=nb&c=gaming&r=X8F (the pro version), say frames per second in crysis on very high, reasonable resolution no AA or AF (doubt that thing could get any fps on very high but still :p), also the fps you could get on bioshock etc (could you max out?) also are there nay benchmarks for the Nvidia Quadro FX 1600M?
