Definitly the Gigabyte one if you plan to OC, and aren't intrested in SLI.

I have the Gigabyte, my friend has the Asus P5N-E SLI. Both are good overclocking boards, on my DS3L, I got a Pentium D 820 to 4 ghz and it's completely stable. My friend got his e6700 to 3.5 ghz stable and idles at 36c on air. I would go for the Asus if you might go SLI in the future even though it is only 8x/8x bandwidth.

Go with the DS3L.. the P5N boards are known to be buggy and unstable.

You should also look at the DFI blood Iron, great overclocker, close to the range of your budget.
