I use EVEREST Ultimate edition for pretty much everything to do with my PCs hardware.

core temp or INTEL thermal anaalysis tool (good with intell chips) for CPU's and ATi-tool for GPU..

I second that, it gives, CPU, Core, GPU, and HD temps. And works with the G15 keyboard.
