Computing Specs:

Operating system: Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium Edition

BIOS: Phoniex - AwardBIOS v6.00PG

Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4600+ (2 CPUs), ~2.4GHZ

RAM/Memory: 2048MB

DirectX Version: DirectX 10

Graphics Card name: ATI Radeon Xpress 1250,

Chip type: ATI Radeon X1200 Series

So what would be the best thing to do so that UT3 is not like a slide show?

only one answer here, the video card is horrible

the rest of it is completely fine, if you get yourself a nice video card ala 8800GT (for 150 bux) or 4850 from ATI for 200 bux you will have no issues at all. If your power supply won't support these cards the 8600GT will probably run the game at medium settings at a really nice frame rate as well and that card is only about 80 dollars.
