It's time to do some spring cleaning and my apartment is a mess. It's a tiny studio so I really don't have a lot of room. Anyway, I have a ton of oddball computer parts that are hard to sell. Like, SATA and PATA cables and 80mm fans and a few odd heatsinks and ethernet cables and other stuff like that. I tried to sell a bag of it cheap on craigslist but I didn't get any responses, I'll try again, but even a grocery bag packed tight isn't even half the crap I have. I'd hate to just throw it all out, for one some of it I could in theory get a few dollars for it from someone and another because I know cheap dumpster divers will get something for nothing. I'm wondering if anyone has any idea what to do with them? What do you do with all those extra wires and stuff?
I wouldn't see sata or ethernet cables they often come in handy. take them to some second hand shop that sells old computers maybe or computer recyclers.

^This. I have a local place that buys computer parts and also recycles stuff. Good place to have around for that kind of thing. Don't get much for the parts (assuming they are desirable in the first place to them) but at least you're doing something about it.
