Its not CoD because ive played that game religiously for a while. In this game you get to play as the nazis as well.

In BIA: EiB you get to play as Nazis in the co-op campaign, but there is nothing about russia.

Hmmm... Was it Soldiers: Heroes of World War 2?
It's not a FPS, but its a game where you control a couple of soldiers on the battlefield, either like an RTS or using direct control.

It could even be Battlefield 1942. Your description was a bit vague.
