Assault cube! The best shooting game ever, it reminds me of counterstrike. Go to http://assault.cubers.net/ and download it there. THere are screenshots you can look at too.
America's Army is the best online FPS out right now IMO, even when comparing to retail games. SuperBeastYeah, but prepare yourself to get owned for a while...
Flyff, if you like RPG's.And Second Life, not a game, its a multiverse community, but lots of users run there own RPG's on it with scripted combat systems.
Drift City is an awesome online racing game were you can do missions as well as race other cars. Real cars and good graphics check it out.

WolfTeam's not bad. A little buggy, but is fun for a free game. It's from Softnyx, the same people who made Gunbound and Rakion.
I currently play RF OnlineIts a good game but the cash shop does exist...Just wait for AION :)Long live AION
