i bet you mean extreme :P and its thermalright not thermaltake :P and for such a dense cooler, the best is static pressure, i recommend getting an ultra kaze 3000 rpm from scythe, or put 2x 2000 rpm kaze's in push/pull

Both. High airflow + low static pressure (weaker fan I'm assuming) = not so high airflow on a heatsink (or any condition where the fan has something behind it creating back pressure).

What about the Noctua NF-P12? That doesent give much airflow but has masses of static pressure!

yes, a couple of NF-P12's in push/pull is also a very good choice, and the P12's best is their airflow: 21 dB to 79 CFM

Actually i just checked out a review of the Scythe Ultra KAae 2000rpm and it seems to give better cooling than the Noctua seeing as its not too concerned with being a little bit noisy! :)
