They arent that good, basicaly two 8800gtses or 9800gtxes in one card, they arent sold anymore because the 200 series replaced them on the high end market.
Nvidia's sandwich cards are allways rare since they charge outlandish prices for them and don't support them very well.
the 9800gx2 and gtx 280 are around the same performance in alot of games, and the 9800gx2 is a little better in some.ferret-gamer
I can't think of any. Mabey at low resolutions with no AA.

In benchmarks, the 9800gx2 is faster than GTX 280 in most games. http://www.anandtech.com/video/showdoc.aspx?i=3341&p=13 That said, I would still have a GTX 280 over a 9800GX2 any day.[QUOTE="artiedeadat40"][QUOTE="ferret-gamer"]the 9800gx2 and gtx 280 are around the same performance in alot of games, and the 9800gx2 is a little better in some.Mr_NoName111

I woulda got a 9800gx2 instead of this hd3870x2 if I had only waited one week, pretty noticeable performance difference. Life is so cruel :(Please Log In to post.
