Although I hate to admit it but "World Of Warcraft" over 9 Million players!EvoStvO

Just because 9 million people play it doesn't make it good.  

I would go with either Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri: Alien Crossfire, or another old one, Heroes of Might and Magic II.

On a side note does anyone know where to buy alien crossfire? My CD doesn't work anymore.

i wouldn't say wow is a bad game (seen as  i play it) but it is no-wear near the best PC game ever made

Well. Diablo's the highest rated PC game on Gamespot. I'd probably go with Total Annihilation though. Amazing for it's time and still more than playable 10 years later.ferelas

There's a newer version called "TA Spring" and it basically a 3D version of total annihilation. That's where most people are looking these days when they find out that their computer doesn't run SupCom.

nope, your not the only ones. I still indulge in TA :). There is another 3D remake besides TA spring, I forget the name of it though. 

Prince of Persia series, FEAR and Resident Evil4  

I don't know if it's the BEST game, but if you haven't played through Torment, you should. It has to be my favorite adventure/RPG type game. Ever.

Baldurs gate 2 hands down...Years after its release...Its still the best rpg on the market...Not even oblivion can touch this classic....

Baldur's Gate II - Shadows of Amn.

Even though I'm not a game groupie, I loved Starcraft. It was majestic and magical in a sense. It's a Sci-Fi RTS game with enlightenment.

My second choice could've been Total Annihilation but I've never get the chance to play it though. I love Supreme Commander so TA must've been massive at the time.

 Honorable mention to Space Rangers 2: Rise of the Dominators. That game is surprisingly addictive. You can even be a drug-dealer/mob boss LOL.

the best game at all times is F.E.A.R.  its the best game i ever played in my life .......:D  :) !!
