TRUE heatsinks refer to the ThermalRight Ultra 120 Extreme. Prolimatech Megahalems are awesome as well although you need to buy a separate fan for them as they don't come with one.

There are lots of affordable liquid cooling kits. However, closed loop liquid cooling (where you don't have to set it up, it is all the different parts of liquid cooling in one) are becoming very popular. Corsair has a very good closed loop water cooling that does as well as most good fans, sometimes doing better. Check it out if you are interested.
