whats the difference between these two motherboards?

whats the difference between the ASUS M2N-SLI AM2(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131246) and the ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131013)?

one supports SLI at 8X and the most expensive is 16X. If I were you I would get the cheaper one because 8x makes no difference in SLI. SLI is a waste though. One has one lan chipset also.

That's how Nvidia always does it. Charge you a lot more for some minor differences.
