What's the true contrast ratio on the Samsung 26" and 32" models?

I'm talking about the LN-S_51D models.  They are said to have 4000:1 contrast ratio, but it's dynamic ratio.

Around 1000:1 sounds about right. I would think it's something like 1200:1 at least.

I would guess 1200:1 or 1300:1, same as the Sony panels, though maybe the circuitry in the Sony's makes for a better black. I would say they are the same though.

Futureshop also says the that tv is silver, has 2 component inputs, and doesn't allow you to label channels. You can trust them if you want, but i'm not.
