What's your favorite first person RPG or RPGish game ever?

I love first person RPG's. Even the old school ones like System Shock or the really old school ones like Might and Magic. Obviously 5 poll options isn't nearly enough so please share your favorite!

I think my favorite right now is Morrowind. It basically took first person RPG's to a different level IMO. I was totally sucked into that game's world within minutes of starting my first game.

Deus Ex is easily the best out of those.

So far, Fallout 3. That might change when I get Morrowind.

Morrowind was so immersive.

I only listed 4 because there's only 5 poll choices allowed. That doesn't mean you are limited to those choices. Don't forget about games like System Shock 1 and 2, Vampires The Masquerade: Bloodlines, Arx Fatalis, Wizardry, etc.

elder scrolls 2: daggerfall.. which is to this day the largets rpg ever concieved and that will probably ever be concieved spanning the digital equivalent of the united kingdom.

Fallout, I couldn't stand TES, the story was so Meh, i got into morrowind for a bit, but soon gave up when i realised the combat was stupid.

Oblıvıon & Mass Effect

Bioshock might be considered a first person RPG style game to some people, but not to me. I'm suprised it hasn't been mentioned yet. Too many people are going strictly by the games listed in the poll...

Deus Ex...i mean come on,no competition...that game leaves every other game listed in the dust.Morrowind still has a special place in my heart though.

For me it is Oblivion.

Might & Magic series, but I voted on Deus Ex.

Mass Effect is my all time favorite RPG. Fallout 3 is probably my second favorite.

Exactly. And Mass Effect is third-person.

There are a lot of good ones, but Deus Ex is my favorite.

Same here. Actually, I enjoyed Mass Effect more than anything. But, it isn't first-person.

System Shock 2.

I have played all those.

I have to say Deux Ex.
