I currently use Windows XP pro, Debian GNU/Linux 3.1 and OpenBSD 4.0. I didn't knew what to choose in your poll however.

XP Professional for the time being. Thinking about getting a dual-boot to Linux started, but I'm not sure if I'm ready for that just yet.

are there any real advantages in gaming with XP Pro x86, and Vista over just plain XP Home. I've used Home the whole time and never felt the need for  Pro, MCE, and Vista

I need a dual-language setup on my machine for my wife - Windows XP offered a complete language pack, which helped sway me towards Professional over Home.

I am only using XP Home right now, and I don't plan on Vista until my 8600, and some good DX10 games come out, like Crysis and UC3...

On my main PC I have Windows XP Pro and openSUSE 10.2. On my old one I have Ubuntu 6.10. Your poll needs more options!

Nope, all different PC's, but some have dual-boot configurations as well, but I only mentioned the OS I use the most on those.

XP Media Center is Windows XP Professional with the Media Center Program. Go into system info and it will say your running Pro.

To bad I didn't know this and got just Pro instead.
