i think the c2d have already had there price cuts or some of them because you can now get a E4300 for $135

They are suppose to drop all the way down to $113, so they aren't done yet.

OEM E6600 already down to $280 at TigerDirect.com, even cheaper for the canucks at $300 CAD, probably trying to sell as many as they can before the msrp drops even more. BeavermanA

Yea no kidding. I hope the retail package drops to 250 and the OEM to 200, I would be a happy man because of that, then I could just get the 6600 instead of the 6400 which is 20 dollars less. Of course this will also cut the price of the lower end C2D's as well, im thinkin of asking my dad if he can finance a PC build for my brother cause he needs a new computer that will play games decently and I can do that for 1000 CAD. Right now my build with the E6400 is about 1800, hopefully I can switch the processors and still maintain the same price.

Unfortunately Q2 2007 doesn't mean just 22nd April 2007.
