im not sure, apparently they were going to release all 3 in each month. but i think this one is looking at late march/april. im waiting until they release a fallout 3 GOTY edition with all three of them and play the crap out of the game in one go.
but most of the users at Bethesda forum agreed that Bethesda usually release their DLC on tuesday, thus March 10th 2009 is the most possible date that you can purchase and downlaod it through GFWL.
