When does the World of Warcraft end?

Did blizzard set a target on how many expansion packs they were going to make for WOW? Or are they just carrying on until they lose players?

4 because game has 4 letters and you just lost the game.

WoW ends when the player base is in such a vast decline that Blizzard decides its better off switching to a F2P model.

In other words practically never. On a more relevant note, we can either expect it to not end until something along the lines of a WoW sequel happens.

I doubt for a long time they have enough story to tack on to last them a good long time especially since they have the habit of reviving dead villains a lot.

when the lvl cap is 100 and no more people will buy into the game.. thatd be when.

I have a feeling they have one more expansion pack, and then they'll stop putting out them and just patch the game while working on expansions for the new MMO their making.

Oh. Well, that kinda sucks. I was actually thinking about getting into WoW once Cataclysm released, but 5 expansion + base game + $15 a month is a ton of money for one game, no matter how endless it is.

Since it is the most popular MMO that ever existed(note, popular, not the best), it will probably last until .. Blizzard no longer exists. Or until the end of the world comes.
