when is mafia 2 and Assassins Creed 2 releasing??

damn it i have been waiting for these 2 games since last july. Assassins creed 2 got delayed and the game looks solid. Some gaming sites state that AC2 is gonna release on march 16 2010 in North America and on Feb 26th in EU. Is this info true?

Assassin's Creed 2 is coming out in March this year and about Mafia 2... Should be soon too, but I don't really care about it.
