Where Can I find Windows Xp compatibility mode in VISTA?

Right click on the app you are trying to run and there is an option to start in xp compat mode. =)

In the properties of the program.

For example
Right click the shortcut icon or .exe
Go to properties
Then its under the compatibility tab.
