Steam, Retail, and other DD services. Steam most of the part these days although I still like retail and I always like to get a physical copy and also added value like limited & collectors editions that don't really work the same way with DD.
i choose the option "Both Steam and retail, but little more retails." wich didn't make it into this poll.
Steam and Ebay. Sometimes I swing by the PC game section at walmartgmaster456I do that too funny because I'm like the only one there.
I use a mix of digital distribution.. it's just more convenient, plus I don't have to deal with taxes and terrible prices. e.g. My friends convinced me to buy Rift, so I walked into the local gamestop where it was $54.99 plus tax. No thank you. Went home and bought it off D2D for $43.
And I find myself not typically using Steam for new releases, as their pre-order incentives aren't that great. I still use Steam a lot for the sales now, D2D more for new games, and occasionally Impulse as well.
This. Although I still prefer retail box, the price point has veered me into digital download territory.I use a mix of digital distribution.. it's just more convenient, plus I don't have to deal with taxes and terrible prices. e.g. My friends convinced me to buy Rift, so I walked into the local gamestop where it was $54.99 plus tax. I prefer to have the boxes, so I usually buy games from Gogamer and Amazon. If it's a game that I cannot get a retail version of in North America, then I'll get it from Steam.
STEAM, D2d, Walmart, GOG, impulsedriven, couple local base computer shops that have a HUGE collection of old pc games.
Here is a Pic of my local walmart back when starcraft 2 came out:
"LOL ABP game is in the pic..."
Yeah, I remember i saw that new WoW expansion for 80 bucks there.Webhallen and Steam. Game and GameStop have sky-high prices. I was at GameStop yesterday. They wanted 100 bucks for their new games. :| I feel so bad for the parents who think games are best bought there.

Anywhere and everywhere.
Steam
Direct2Drive
GOG
Gamersgate
Eb games
Gametraders
Ebay
I will generally avoid GAME at all costs though.
Since I am from Turkey, I dont have much choose.. So I use;
1) ebay.com
2) sendit.com
3) playasia.com
4) amazon.com
Just a combination of steam and retail. As im in Australia i usually buy from JB HiFi, Gametraders or EB depending on the price
Steam first. Retail sometimes depending on the situation, as a quarter or so of my collection are retail copies.
I love how nobody picked GFWL...LOL
