Anybody else wondering why Gamespot has not reviewed Jericho yet? This is a pretty awesome game and it seems that gamespot isin no hurry to review it. Maybe I am wrong and if I am I apologize. I think gamespot usually does a great job in reviewing games don't get me wrong.Hopefully they arejustmaking sureit gets an accurate review. Idownloaded the demo and was pretty impressed, but then I bought the game and it looked even better and ran smoother than the demo. Does anyone else feel this really impressive game is not getting the credit it deserves? I can see from the user reviews that a lot of people areas equally impressed with this game.Anyone else feel the same way I do?

Yeah I do, bought the game myself, haven't had alot of time to play, but for what I have, its awesome.

Completed the demo, and couldn't wait for the full game.

I miss Gamespot's review as well, even if I already bought the game, its always nice to hear what Gamespot have to say.

Give the game the credits it deserves! :)

Gamespot will soon be posting a Jericho review. Kevin VanOrd said he have played all the way through it last week but finished it on Saturday. There will be a review soon.

I wouldn't expect a praising review, I've seen it getting pretty bad scores everywhere which is kinda what I expected after the demo.

It's doing pretty aweful on all platforms. I didn't like the demo, but hoped it might be better later. guess that didn't happen.

I'm actually kind of curious what score it'll get since the reviews have been so extremely mixed

Yeah, I agree with you on the reviews being mixed. Quite a few people seem to really like it and quite a few don't so I guess it just depends on personal taste and people's experiences playing the game. Also, what are people comparing it to? I feel it really can't be compared to any other games since there are really no other games like this out there where you can switch back and forth between any member in the squad and use all of their various abilities to complete missions. Like I said in my review of the game if you like Clive Barker's story telling then you will probably like this game but if not then probably not. It's good to get a wide variety of views on the game though, so thanks for all of the responses.

well you'd have to compare it to other FPS's and Jericho simply doesn't do well as the part tactical shooter and part plain shooter it is.

I'm sure i'll like the game when i find time to buy it but the controls and shooting didn't impress me.... i'm hoping the story, levels and characters will

Just seems like it'll take the same route as Undying. Great game, but no actual publicity, therefore people and magazines/internet reviews won't jump on it like a hyped game like Crysis.

My guess is it will score around a 6. Head on over to IGN, I think their review nailed it on the head with a 5.6. I played about half way through the game and I have no desire to finish it. It's just too much on rails for me, and it feels like a cheap arcade shooter. Don't be mistaken either, it's a straight up console port and you can feel it in the mouse/keyboard controls. I don't know, there are moments that are pretty cool, like the cutscenes, but the same bosses coming at you for hours upon hours with the same path of attack gets extremely tiresome.

I would recommend to all PC Gamers that you open up a gametap account, which costs 99 cents for the first month, and play the full game without dropping 50 bones on it. On top of that, for your 99 cents, check out Overlord, which is a far better game available on Gametap as well as Tomb Raider Anniversary. Well, that's my 2 cents.

Well, you were right mismajor, they gave it a 6.5. I personally don't agree. Ok, maybe its not an 8 or 9 because of some issues but come on anyone can see thereare a lot of good things about this game. I know graphics by themselves do not make a game but there is also a good story line, non stop action and some good challenges. Itis a nice deviation from the standard FPS with how you cantransport intoany one of your squad mates and use their abilities and such. I thought it was a really cool thing to see in an action oriented first person shooter. I just don't get how it can deserve such a low score, maybe a 7 or 7.5 at the highest but 6.5 or lower? I guess its just a matter of personal taste. I guess with games like Crysis and other games coming out the standard is so high now that a game just has to blow people away in every respect to get a high score.
