Where is the Marvel Universe MMO?

Hi guys i was womdering around the net today and i came across an article i read about two years ago about this up and coming MMO which of course was the Marvel Universe online game that would cross to the 360. When i first read this i was over joyed and to top it off the guys who made city of heroes were making it. So two and a half years later the only news i could find about it was that article i read two years earlier WHAT HAPPENED!!!??? Is it still in production? Any one with info on this would be a star
