Logitech X-230 for around $40

or

Logitech Z-2300 for around $100?

I've used Klipsch ProMedia v2.400 in the past but looking for a more basic 2.1 set that still sounds at least good. All reviews seem to really like the X-230 "for the price", but are they good despite the price???

Frankly at that point he should just buy the X-530 and be better off for it. The X-230 is great, unless you are an audiophile you probably won't notice a difference between it and the Z-2300.

Ok, found that Circuit City has the Z-4 for $99 with a $50 rebate plau I've got a $15 coupon, so would be basically $35 after all is said and done.

With that pushing the Z-4's into pretty much the same price zone as the X-230's, which would you choose between those two???
