Which build should I go for?

Which one should I go for and why? which one would be better in the long run and how often would I need to upgrade each one?

The Intel. Better single core performance.

Grab the intel build and swap out the r270 for the GTX 760, The GTX 760 is a faster card from the start and then it has the overclocking ability to match those $330 or £260 range cards.

If you're not into overclocking get the regular 4670 and this way will save you money on MOBO, you know the Z (overclocks) MOBO are as about twice as normal ones; also throw away the wifi adapter most MOBOs nowdays got great build in wifi and soundcards.

And stick with the 270X if you're not planning on OC, this way you're saving 40£.

II thought that asus mobo doesnt have a built in wifi adapter?

Overclocking your GPU is super easy.

Overclocking your CPU is still easy, but a lot more work and time consuming than your GPU.

Edit: It is understandable if you don't want to do either of them, however I strongly suggest looking into OC the GPU. If it has a good cooler, you can very easily get more out of it.

I have FX-8120 and there's absolutely nothing that has slowed me down just yet. Get intel if you're not on a budget. But if you are FX-8320 will still be a good buy. You can OC FX series pretty well (they're unlocked CPUs).

Your AMD (build is almost like mine). I have the same mobo it's a pretty good mobo for that price, I also have GTX 760 and 1TB Barracuda. Go with GTX 760 over R270. It's a bit more powerful and great for OC.

So, unless you're expecting from your PC that you build to recieve connection via wifi just like Laptops do it's pointless to get a wifi adapter.

If the PC i've built you is perfect in your price range get it; I couldn't build any better PC; if you're really into budget PC and you're not planning on getting another GPU to crossfire I'd recommend you getting the Corsair 200R case - it comes with front intake and rear exhaust and it's all you'll ever need, trust me I'm using REX3 with same 1 front and 1 rear combo and it works like charm and my R9 280X is getting a bit hotter than R9 270X I think =) you can always add 2 more side and 2 top fans if you'd like to.

I dont need a wireless adapter card? is it because it is built in?

You'll recieve ISP connection via your router/modem connected straight to your motherboard.

Yes, I'm not sure about the PSU, I'd get Corsair CX500 or Antec or SeaSonic.
