Which FEAR is the best in series ?

IMO , the original is still the best game in FEAR series. What game do you like best ?

The original. I haven't played 3 but 2 was pretty garbage. FEAR was an awesome game, I actually started playing it again after watching the Fear 3 footage (which looks rather lame to me but it seems to be getting decent reviews).

Just finished the original Fear again. That game is still crazy awesome.

first one has best shooting mechanics of any game i have played. it just felt so right and good

Haven't played much F3AR (still waiting for my copy), but goddamn it's so awesome! It's closer to the original than FEAR 2. From the three levels I played it's easily the best in the series, and I only played as Point Man.

FEAR 1 = feel good and great and also better graphic compare to 2 & 3 thank to console .....................:(

Fear 1. The gun play/action just felt right. Some of the best ever in my opinion.

FEAR series is dead. The first was awesome, the sequel and FEAR 3 were just mediocre, forgettable shooters.

the first game was something special back then, eerie atmosphere, outstanding visuals, intense combat, a good supernature touch of shooter.

Fear2...quite a forgettable game.

F3ar certainly brings back the combat intensity, but everything else is mediocre compared to the original. the supernature bit is all been there and done that, and the graphic isn't anything special, just like most multiplatformers these days.

btw, being rewarded for just using cover? this is so wrong~

Those rewards keep me ticking. I think they're very well implemented and reward all styles of play, so I'm OK with being rewarded for sticking to cover too.

I like the more open levels even alone, they encourage experimentation.

Are you kidding me? I only played the 1st and IMO the original FEAR. All the other releases are just sad excuses by developers to take our money.

It keeps you on your toes, cause it forces a penalty for being reckless. I love no quick-save
