Yep, when it comes to rain Clear Sky blows away pretty much everything else. The video Baranga gave shows it pretty well, but it also looks so much better when actually seeing it in game.
man makes me want to get clear sky even more the first one was an amazing game that had great atmosphere and rly immersed u in the world. and i can genuinely say this is the first game that rly scared the crap out of me (sorry doom 3 startling and making someone afraid r different)
tie between Far Cry 2, Crysis, and Clear Sky. Crysis just blows me away because of how it LOOKS...Far Cry 2 because the environment is as much a character as the people that populate it, and Clear Sky because everything about the environment was done incredibly well in that game.

it had amaizing rain because you could actualy see were the rain hit your helmet
Crysis, to be exact the Coast map from Crysis Wars, imo it looks just as good as the rain in Stalker CS, even better.
Timeshift had a pretty good rain but exagerated, and Cryostasis is just WTF, it has nice graphics and pretty good physics, but the water droplets are extremely awkward, even Timeshift does it better.

Republic Commando. Yeah that was impressive too. I loved how it wiped the water or goo from the visor after a few seconds.
Uh last I checked real rain is nothing but lines and drops of water falling from the sky. Yeah just went outside and checked, just lines falling from the sky. It's the after effects you look for, and CLear Sky does the wet surface and water splash better then any game I've seen including timeshift, crysis, and far cry 2.
